How long does it take to build a custom home?

Timelines depend on size, complexity, and site conditions, but most custom homes take 9–14 months from groundbreaking to move-in. We share a detailed schedule before construction starts and keep you updated at every milestone.

How much does a custom home cost?

Custom home pricing varies based on square footage, finishes, site work, and design complexity, so we don't quote a flat per-square-foot rate. After an initial conversation about your goals and budget, we'll put together a transparent estimate tailored to your project.

What's the difference between a custom home and a production home?

A production builder offers a fixed set of floor plans with limited finish options. A custom home is designed around your lot, your lifestyle, and your preferences — every layout, material, and detail is your choice.

Do you do renovations and additions, or just new builds?

Both. We take on whole-home renovations, additions, and major kitchen and bath remodels with the same craftsmanship and project management we bring to our new builds.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We're fully licensed and carry general liability and workers' comp insurance. We're happy to share documentation during your initial consultation.

How do I get started?

Reach out by phone, email, or the inquiry form on our contact page. We'll set up a thirty-minute consultation — no obligation — to talk through your project, your goals, and whether we're the right fit.

Do you work with my architect or designer?

Yes. We collaborate seamlessly with architects and designers you already trust. If you don't have one, we can introduce you to design partners we've worked with for years.

How involved will I be during construction?

As involved as you want to be. Some clients walk the site weekly; others travel and trust us to keep things moving. Either way you'll get clear updates, milestone photos, and decisions surfaced well before they become urgent.

How do you handle changes during construction?

Changes are inevitable on most projects. We document any change in scope, give you a clear cost and timeline impact in writing, and only proceed once you've signed off. No surprise charges, no work without authorization.

What areas do you serve?

Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Laguna Niguel, North Tustin, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Aliso Viejo, and surrounding Orange County communities.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes. We offer project financing through Houzz, which has options designed for custom home builds and major renovations. We’re happy to walk you through what’s available during your consultation.

How do you handle subcontractors?

We work with a curated set of subcontractors we've vetted over years — same trades, same teams, project after project. We get firm bids from each before construction, and we manage them on site so the schedule and quality stay tight.

Can I see examples of your past work?

Yes. We're happy to share project photos, walk you through past builds, and in some cases arrange visits to completed homes. Reach out and we'll set it up.

What happens if there's a problem after the project is done?

We stand behind our work. If something comes up after the final walkthrough that's within the workmanship warranty, we'll address it. We also help coordinate manufacturer warranty work on fixtures and systems.

Let’s talk about your project.

The first conversation costs nothing and tells us both whether the project is a fit. We’ll talk through goals, scope, timing, and what a realistic budget looks like.
