Home Renovations in Newport Beach, CA
Whole-home renovations, additions, and full-scale remodels — bringing the same craft to an existing home that we'd bring to a ground-up build.
Renovation is its own discipline.
Renovating an existing home is, in many ways, harder than building new. You're working with what's already there — the framing, the systems, the surprises hiding behind drywall — and the homeowner often still lives somewhere nearby.
We treat renovations with the same scheduling discipline and on-site supervision as our new builds. You'll know what's happening today, what's happening next week, and what we found that we didn't expect.

About home renovations.
Common questions from clients considering this work.
Can I stay in the home during the renovation?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. It depends on the scope, the layout, and how disruptive the work will be. We'll talk through it honestly in the planning phase.
How do you handle surprises behind the walls?
We document everything we uncover, walk you through the discovery, propose options, and write a clear change order before doing additional work. No surprise invoices.
Do you take on smaller projects like single-room renovations?
Our minimum scope is generally substantial. For a single small project, we may not be the right fit — we'll tell you that honestly rather than waste your time.
How long does a whole-home renovation take?
Typical whole-home renovations run 6–12 months, but it varies enormously based on scope, structural work, and how decisive client decisions come through.
Let’s talk about your project.
The first conversation costs nothing and tells us both whether the project is a fit. We’ll talk through goals, scope, timing, and what a realistic budget looks like.
