Kitchen Island Installation in Newport Beach, CA
Islands designed and installed to add workspace, storage, and seating — and to anchor the way the kitchen flows.
The island sets the kitchen's rhythm.
A well-designed island does three things: it adds working surface, it provides storage and seating, and it gives the kitchen a focal point. A poorly designed one interrupts traffic, crowds the workspace, and just gets in the way.
We design islands sized to the room, the cooking habits, and the way people actually gather. Then we build them with the same care as the rest of the cabinetry — because the island gets seen first.

About kitchen island installation.
Common questions from clients considering this work.
Can my kitchen accommodate an island?
If you have at least 42 inches of clearance on all sides of where the island would sit, usually yes. We'll measure during the consultation.
Should it have a sink or cooktop?
Depends on your cooking habits and your existing plumbing. Both are common; both add cost. We'll talk through whether either makes sense for your use.
How much seating can it have?
Roughly 24 inches of overhang per seat, so a 60-inch island can comfortably seat 2–3, an 8-foot island 3–4.
Can you add an island to an existing kitchen without redoing the whole thing?
Sometimes. It depends on existing plumbing, electrical, and how well the island can integrate with the existing cabinetry visually.
Let’s talk about your project.
The first conversation costs nothing and tells us both whether the project is a fit. We’ll talk through goals, scope, timing, and what a realistic budget looks like.
